These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the hehe5 online gaming platform ("hehe5", "we", "us") and every registered member ("user", "you") who uses its services. By accessing or using the platform through the hehe5 website, mobile application, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on hehe5 and participate in any games or betting activities, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated exclusively for users aged 21 and above. Managing an account on behalf of a minor, or assisting a minor in any activity on this platform, is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration must be true, complete, and kept up to date. Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person, household, or IP address may be closed without notice, and associated balances may be voided.

• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is prohibited.
• The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
• Any unauthorized access must be reported to hehe5 immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

hehe5 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Verification of your identity and payment method may be required before processing withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the transaction being placed on hold.

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase during account verification or when unusual activity is under review.

• Withdrawal funds will always be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

• hehe5 may place any withdrawal on hold if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members on hehe5 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳42,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• hehe5 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, particularly in cases of fraud.
• Each promotion may have its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated in the promotion details.

4.3 VIP Program

The hehe5 VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can gradually move up to higher tiers based on regular play and loyalty to the platform. Cashback credits are issued each week according to a set schedule.

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting activities on hehe5 are conducted fairly and transparently. Every game outcome is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality. hehe5 reserves the right to void any announced or displayed prize that results from a software error or technical fault.

• Intentionally disconnecting from the network during a game is prohibited.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion, cheating, or any other dishonest method will result in account closure.
• hehe5 reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns.

5.2 Sports Betting

hehe5 offers betting on a variety of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to hehe5's own rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hehe5 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

1. Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
2. Identity theft or impersonation of another user.
3. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
4. Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities in the gaming system.
5. Harassing, threatening, or displaying inappropriate behavior toward other users.
6. Attempting unauthorized access to hehe5's servers or network.
7. Betting on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.

7.1 Data Protection

• Failure of third-party software or services.
• Issues with the user's device or network.
• Temporary service disruption caused by unexpected technical faults.
• Loss resulting from user negligence or sharing login credentials with others.

hehe5 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via the registered email address or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms are written in English and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
